Product Features
The metallic viscometer primarily uses the torsion pendulum method, a non-contact, high-resolution measurement technique that is well-suited for high-density, low-viscosity alloys and metals. The machine includes a heating module, lifting module, suspension module, measurement module, electrical control module, water-gas module, and a computer.
Product Advantages:
- Non-contact sealing measurement minimizes the use of experimental materials, prevents contact contamination, and provides more uniform and stable heating of the sample.
- The optical sensor enables high timing resolution with an accuracy of 0.1 ms, delivering high precision and excellent repeatability in viscosity testing.
- The preferred choice for metal viscosity testing.
