Product Introduction
The energy of particles in low temperature plasma jet is in the range from 6~10 electron volts. The low temperature plasma jet generator can generate neutral-ion plasma, which means electrically neutral plasma. So, the plasma jet treatment can treat metal material, semiconductor material and nonmental material.
