Product Introduction
The microscope delivers clear, sharp, and high contrast images across various observation methods. It includes complete accessories, perfect configuration, and allows flexible system combination and function expansion.
This cost-effective microscope is capable of examining a wide range of devices and wafers, especially small to medium-sized semiconductor FPDs and circuit board cross sections. The focus and illumination control are conveniently placed and can be operated by the same hand.
The bright field optical system, using infinity- corrected optics, supports multiple observation modes, consistently providing clear images and offering functional flexibility for industrial inspection.

- High-definition mirroring, no blurring of the edges of the field of view, full field of view high-definition.
- Light field compensation, can remove the reflection exposure point in the mirror image.
- Novel appearance, the whole machine lead-free and environmentally friendly materials.
- Transparent and reflective dual light source, transparent or non-transparent samples can be observed to achieve the perfect multi-purpose function of the machine.
- With the original imaging system can perfectly achieve the mirror screen effect.
