Product Features

The MicroSpin ™ Microfluidic Nano Spray Spinning Machine is a new type of equipment for large-scale preparation of nano-fiber mats. This device uses microfluidic technology (such as microfluidic pumps and microfluidic chips) to form microchannels, and by controlling the air pressure of the air pump and adjusting the distance between the receiving device and the nozzle, it produces nano-fibers with controllable dimensions. It combines a shaft-type receiving device to achieve large-scale production of nano-fiber mats. Additionally, by controlling multiple sets of microchannels to form micro-reactors, it can produce nano-material fiber mats such as quantum dots, photonic crystals, and even bio-inspired abdominal membranes.
