Product Features
The machine is a product designed for studying the variable temperature electrical properties of samples. It can characterize the changes in the electrical properties of samples with temperature variations. The product utilizes a semiconductor-based heating and cooling method (thermoelectric cooling), enabling precise temperature control within the range of -25 to 120°C. It can be integrated with other electrical instruments (such as bridges, source meters, and multimeters) for variable-temperature in-situ testing.
The product needs to be used with a temperature controller. The accompanying temperature control software on the host computer facilitates temperature setting and data acquisition. The provided LabVIEW Vis/C# SDK allows customers to perform customized programming.
