InSitu Pro™ Heating and Cooling Stage for Optical Characterization

The ACH600S is designed for precise studies of temperature-dependent optical properties, offering in-situ testing across a wide temperature range from -190°C to 600°C through liquid nitrogen cooling and resistive heating. This advanced instrument integrates seamlessly with microscopes and Raman spectrometers. The ACH600S model includes a temperature controller, optional cooling controller, user-friendly software, and LabVIEW/C# SDK for easy customization.

This instrument is ideal for rapid oxidation experiments and Raman spectroscopy. It can be heated to the required temperatures for oxidation processes, and its quartz window enables simultaneous Raman analysis. In Raman spectroscopy, the laser passes through the window, excites the sample, and the scattered light is captured by the detector for detailed analysis. Product detail

InSitu Pro™ Heating and Cooling Stage for Electrical Characterization with Build-in Magnetic Probe

The AECH600S Electrical Probe Temperature Stage specializes in variable-temperature electrical testing. It offers precise temperature control ranging from -190°C to 600°C, along with options for probe and electrical connections. Its dynamic heating and cooling capabilities support a wide range of temperature-controlled applications for electrical components. Up to four electrical probes can be connected to electrical connectors within the sample chamber, enabling electrical measurements while maintaining precise temperature control in a sealed environment.

The heating and cooling stage is compatible with ferroelectric testers, allowing users to use temperature as a testing parameter in ferroelectric and piezoelectric analysis. This facilitates a deeper understanding of the behavior of nonlinear materials and exploration of their potential future applications. Product detail

InSitu Pro™ Heating and Cooling Stage for Electrical Measurement with External Adjustable Probe, Model A & B

The ACS Material’s AECHO600SA/SB is a research instrument specifically designed for temperature-dependent electrical testing in materials research. Based on an optical heating and cooling stage, it integrates an electrical module that includes probes and electrical interfaces. The external probe arms can be adjusted to move the internal probe position, enabling high-precision XYZ directional movement for contact with any area of the sample surface.

During testing, electrical signals are transmitted to electronic instruments (such as source meters or multimeters) via wires connected to the probe holder. This setup enables the analysis of the electrical properties of materials under variable temperature conditions. The stage uses liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating, allowing for precise and stable temperature control within ranges of -190°C to 400°C

Model A offers a range of -90°C to 400°C. Utilizing liquid nitrogen cooling and resistive heating, it supports integration with key electrical instruments. Equipped with a temperature controller, optional cooling controller, and comprehensive software, it simplifies in-situ testing while offering customization through LabVIEW/C# SDK. Product detail

For testing electrical properties in a range of -25°C to 120°C, Model B uses semiconductor-based heating and cooling. Its compact, efficient design ensures seamless integration with electrical equipment such as source meters and multimeters. Paired with intuitive control software and an SDK, Model B delivers accurate, temperature-variable testing with ease. Product detail
